My W key went kaput last night. Now I am missing both W and E on my laptop keyboard. This makes sprinting in DvZ even harder. And a lot more unpleasant for my fingertips.

My sleeping brain decided that when someone was happy, it was appropriate for them to purr. This bothers me somewhat.

My video card will be here Monday, thus completing my new computer. Got an eVGA 770 for $330 from Newegg, comes with three free games (Splinter Cell Blacklist, AC4: Black Flag, and Arkham Origins) and a $10 rebate. All discounts taken into account, the card would effectively cost $170. Realistically, the only game of those I would've bought anyway was AC4, so $270, or $260 if I bother with the $10 rebate.

A little worried, though. Newegg sells the 02G-P4-2774-KR model for $356, and the 02G-P4-2776-KR model for $330 (with the same clock speed--the only difference I can find is the arrangement of the power connector). Wondering why they would discount this one over the other one with identical specs. This one is even cheaper than the non-oc'd 02G-P4-2773-KR ($335, no rebate).

First time I've spent this much on a computer.

too bad you dont use a desktop. a stickey key usually just requires a disassembly and subsequent hose out, drying, and reassembly. laptop owners, lol.

as for the latter part, become strangely attracted to crazy cat ladies.
