You said 200 quid, he said 200 dollars. Those do not equal one another ;)

And I managed that myself this afternoon after fencing :)

Sorry Inquisitor:) i got the meaning but i'm coding illiterate. [email protected] on thread topic, a very good friend of mine says the Wii Fit is a waste of  cash but i think it supplements a good exercise routine as a bit of fun :)

I don't think its a waste of money if you take it seriously.

Its an interactive excercise video, and Jane Fonda has been selling those for 30 years to some effect ;)

This one just has some way to measure progress and feedback :)

I agree it's good fun and the target attainment is plausible in theory. But the exercises alone won't get ya fit. You need to get outside and do it properly. It's handy in tandem with a proper routine and i didn't agree with my mates statement. He's just jealous cos the "wife" won't let him buy anything like fun. Which is why i'll be having a boys night in when i buy Smash Bros brawl.

I totally agree. I use it to track strecthing via yoga and general warm ups before doing things like this:

It also gives me something to do on days when not doing that ;)

I have little interest in gyms :)
