Actually, Mike Kulas said that he would convert cutsceens in jest.

This is due to Interplay's copyrights on the compression technology, which if you notice is why MVE EXTRACT is not available. (due to threats by Interplay's lawyers)

People would settle for an install launcher similar to I-War's, and the movie being an .mpeg or .avi.

I don't create models nor do i make skins but i'll gladly playtest any missions (if you wish) because even though i cannot do anything much i don't want to see a mod of this magnitude fade away into nothing.

i have no website but i'm an experienced gamer who can give you constructive critisim.

Volition CAN convert cutscenes...they just can't distribute the conversion program.
