i just get so pissed by that fact that, he could've had a great prequel trilogy if he had worked with the novels (which had explicantly let open into his universe with the intent of them making CANON information. but he didn't do s*** to make it intertwine with the prequels). THe problems range from things as small as the republic has no dreadnoughts to the other problems i can't think of right now.
