Hi, Me and 2 other people Mahkat and Mercenary Marktal having been recently having fun with FRED editor, We are in the process of creating a campaign caled Terran Empire unleashed. its based off the freespace universe.

Description:
Terran Empire Unleashed (FS1 only)
10 Missions.
Al Tarket, Mahkat, Mercenary Merktal.

You fight in the name of the Terran empire ruled by a dictator named Argen Mizanso of Argentina. you begin as a rookie of 47,500 pilots recruited into the empire and your mission is to anything possible to make sure the terran empire survives. This includes killing civilians, destroying depots, full out war, betrayal, spying and stealing from the enemy.

Your enemy is the Vasudans who have been at war with the TE for a few years. the TE has nicknamed the Vasudans as the 'enemy', and your commanding officer Vice Admiral Salvatore Icinelli has some fixation with an enemy Squadron only known as Elimini. however the plot changes after the battle of Aldebaran... which you partake in!.

Ml-16, Vasudan light laser, MX-50, Fury, Avenger.

I am not certain where i can find a free site to host the project, if anyone can point me in a good direction i will do what i can. (imo no real point, will be an abandoned site within weeks anyhow. However it will be done).

I am also wishing to expand my skills a bit more if i get great reviews, and get even 1 request to join the crew of a project it could be good!. Anyway, i will be back here in a few days time to check up. look forward to hearing everyone out .

If you've actually already done something, then I wish you good luck. And one method for the release would be to upload the mod using some free temporary hosting service, such as Megaupload, followed by uploading the mod to FreeSpaceMods.net.

lol. Anyway, i thought it would be a good distraction from your typical straight forward by the rules story lines (By typical GTVA standards you would be considered a monster for being in the TE). its not an all nation game, it's an all galactic affair led by a man from earth. i will be happy to give you background on why i chose fs1 instead of fs2, or how i got the original idea for the campaign or even a backdrop on what the game is about and how.

You shouldn't use FS1, use FS2 with the FreeSpace Port installed. There are so many advantages that they are to numerous to list here.

Well, that's really your problem.

I know there probably are "better" options than Megaupload, but even Megaupload is "better"  than Rapidshare, where you have to figure out which 3 of the 25 Borg-encrypted symbols have cats in them. And if you choose wrong... you'll get to wait another 30 minutes before you can try again.

(Okay, okay. Maybe I'm exaggerating).
