I think they only have one.  There's a cutscene in FS1 that shows them, but I couldn't make it out very well.

That's what I thought, unless I'm confusing them with the Shadows.

Id call the Shivans a cross between the Shadows and the Xenomorphs (from the Alien films) with built in guns
