I kept getting a crash when running the FSport on the mission "The Hammer and the Anvil", so i ran it in the debug version and got this almost constantly:

Theres also another issue i have with this mission, the shivans attacking the cargo containers kept ramming into them, then my teamates would blow the shivan up, taking the container with it.

As for the null MOI problem, that's most likely something wrong with the mediaVPs.  And as I said in the post above, the mediaVP patch isn't out yet.  Just play without them until we get them fixed.

The only items in the MediaVP's that have a null MOI are missiles, warp holes, warp nodes and the starfield.

Every ship in the MediaVP's has an MOI. And ships missing MOIs in FSPort are missing them in the Port VP's if they replaced retail models.

I has Mobius tags because i like them, and Mobius hasn't eaten me yet. I edited my posts so that they made a little more sense. Gooby split and moved the thread, so my posts looked weird. Thus i fixed them.

Now if Gooby does some editing of his posts it should be readable.
