Sorry guys, RL and other projects (and laziness ) have distracted me for a few months.

I should be releasing Shivans! 0.21 soon, with the following changes:

• Uses mediavps 3.6.10 final (shivan missiles )
• DDS interface textures (anis still have issues because of the colour differences)
• Many TGA and PCX textures converted to DDS (particularly shockwaves and beamglows in the adv pack)
• Brightened the glowmaps on the mediavp shivan missiles
• New command briefing animation (though only one frame)
• Minor fixes/changes
• Updated textures on some ships
• SF Gorgon and SF Hydra shinemapped, normalmapped and animated glowmapped (adv pack)
• Music table modified, can create missions that use FS1 music (with FS2 backup), players can simply copy warble_fs1.vp and play with some FS1 music
• Intro mission to planned campaign

Technically yes, but it was just "Shivans" without an exclamation mark. And "Shivans" was actually a pack containing the campaigns "Phantoms" and "Echo Gate".

Hey Flaming_Sword, you're now allowed to use the Shivan head ani from ST:R.  The ST:R exclusivity stipulation only lasted until it was released.

Less 'Shine', it kinda looks 'fake' if you know what I mean, kind of like I'm looking at white instead of red, everything else looks fine though

I agree with Dilmah. The shine along the engine pods was a bit overdone. Otherwise, I really like that Gorgon.

Okay, since windows is giving me crap, I'll just upload the textures I have and let people have a look at them instead of making another video. Please check glow, shine and normalmaps.

Yeah, it was very similar to the tech room description of the Shivan species video - specifically at the part where it shows a Shivan leaping down towards the camera.
