Heh. It may be for the event music, but it sure as hell has a big psychological effect. :P

Hey it can be the new "Silent Hill Fog".  Cause when they originally designed the fog for Silent Hill (1999) it was put in on purpose so the game didn't look too much like crap and ran smoothe and it ended up adding atmosphere.
