I imagine it's just depicting an O'Neill Cylinder, which both the Gundam colonies and B5 are based on.

Although why it has that name when Arthur C Clarke's Rendezvous with Rama described almost the exact same concept over two years earlier is beyond me.

That book is what first came to mind when I saw that picture, not the O'neill cylindar or whatever.

Fraps works, but it only catches overlays ... IDK exactly what that means but it's like an acceleration video screen on top of your normal screen or something.  like if you had Winamp open playing a video and it was in windowed mode and you used FRAPS to take a snapshot, it would only catch the video and nothing else.  Someone else here who knows what they are talking about can explain it better.
