Pure bollocks. Less than THREE weeks ago I was having an email thread with Herve about the same thing - but for other reasons. So you have no clue what you're talking about. Interplay owns the IP, not Volition.

Sorry to come along a little later but I've been away the last couple of days. I know this is locked but at this late stage I'd still like to chime in and say that regardless of the past, and the fact this thread still got locked, perhaps it would be really nice if we could all forget the words "FS3" and move on from it.

Derek, if you'd like advice or feedback on titles you're developing then you're more than welcome. However clearly the FS3 thing and what happened in the past is a sore spot for some - better to steer clear of it entirely. In fact I'd suggest that nobody even mention it. If we keep coming back to it then people will get wound up and we'll end up back where we started which is not constructive or fun for anyone.

I'll leave this locked, I'm not about to step in lately and overrule the mods - they do a good job and this was kept civil up to a point. Derek if you'd like to start another thread, picking up from where the constructive elements of this one left off then do go ahead. But obviously if things turn sour again then we'll just have to leave it I'm afraid.

In the mean time, best of luck to you with your projects and lets hope everyone can keep their cool from here on. Cheers guys
