HLP Donations Page has been reworked for supporting the site.

OK I just installed php on my computer, and I told it not to configure a webserver, the problem is now that I am writing a html page with php in it, the php is not being parsed correctly.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Ok I kinda got the problem solved, could this please be deleted?
