You fred whatever you want to mate. One of the keys to this being dodgy is that once i've actually managed to map my crap and .pof it. I'll just change the ship classes in the missions without rebalancing.

If I recall correctly, it was 20 hours per day for a week or something.

Edit- turns out during lunch breaks I don't. . . I had a quick go at Wings 3d. I have to say, it's bloody marvellous. I've not got round to uv mapping in it yet. But general shape creation and manipulation appears to be cake so far.

I think that would be for the best. Does anyone fancy making a cake with a beam cannon candle?
Preferably with pink icing/frosting. . . And a plate. It should be cruiser sized ideally :)

I can see that thing rotating, it's candle's pointing at a planet. GTVA sends some fighters to investigate, as one draws near, it gets caught in the beam. at which point another pilot says:

First three missions completed. I feel dirty for doing making them.
Do we have internals yet, or should I just upload here for all to gander at?

Also, I need a bit of clarification on the term "Dodgy" in this context. Does it mean the same thing as "Terrible?"
