The countries listed have universities that were listed when I did a search for Chemistry/Physics programs taught in English on the ISEP website.

I'm thinking of going abroad for the 2011 spring semester, since I still have like 3-4 months to apply.

I voted England! I think you'd be a fine addition to HLP UK meets! Although I've never been to one, I'd imagine you and Dekker would get on like a house on fire, don't know why, something to do with your sense of humours!

Indeed, go to England and a HLP London, and of course enjoy the 20 oz. Imperial pints of beer they have in the U.K. (seriously, whoever invented 20 oz. pints for beer is a genius).

I don't think the nebula beyond Gamma Draconis has Chemistry/Physics programs.  Or maybe it does but I doubt it's in English.  :P
