Align the wings along the vertical axis (1 up, 1 down, 4 at diagonals). Make the either the 2 wings on the vertical axis slightly bigger and or the remaining 4 wings smaller. Give the different sized wings slightly different geometries. Perhaps making the larger vertical wings simpler. It'll make the ship look more interesting, more like a terran gunship, and yes more like a Sharlin .

I don't think the design as it stands works for an interceptor. It looks a little too "compact". For lack of a better word. Perhaps if you get rid of a wing and lengthen the body. Something similar to the Drakh Raider but with a Terran fighter look.
