Not sure how many of you have read the Scott Pilgrim series but a friend of mine introduced me to it and I was hooked ever since. They are a fun bunch of graphic novels and I love the whole setup. Probably I love it a little bit more because of the Canadian setting which is just so unusual for...well... anything.
Anyways... the movie has come out. I saw it on Friday and it's really really well done. Some of the same crew that put together Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz. It's very much in tune with video gaming culture which means that many of the critics hate it (wasn't it Ebert who famously said that video games were not art but movies were?) but I thought it was a really fun movie!
Anyone else see it?
