How do I fill my time?

Let's see:
  • stretching thrice a week, one hour each time (including splits and middle splits, exercises for planche push-ups)
  • kung fu once or twice a week, 2.5 hours each time
  • breakdancing, gymnastics, 2 hours each week
  • wall climbing twice a week, 1.5 hours each time
  • running or cross country skiing, once a week, 1.5 hours

~15 hours in total there. Not listed there is the occasional furniture construction project, I still have speaker supports, sofa and a chair to do. And of course, I need to cook every day at least one meal, this will quickly become a drawback when you are eating in a restaurant and realize that you could have done it better!

If you are looking for a physical sport, I heartily recommend wall climbing to anyone who is working a lot with computer. It reverses the direction of stress in your spine when you are hanging, and should help in avoiding a lot of stiff shoulder problems.

Glider flying is fun, I should take a look at the license at some point. Last flights occurred ~ 14 years ago for me, I might be looking in to start that again when I have time.

Shadowwolf - you're from Sweden are you? I would have a couple of questions about the sword usage in medieval times that came to mind from that video clip.
Relaxed movement is always more effective than forced movement.
