They added a roman villa-esque one that has a nice burning city in the background. that map seems not up to the quality standards of the others tho. models not as good, grass and trees look really really bad. still fun tho. has some interesting aspects. some good sniping spots to.

It's definitely fun to play, but the optimisation is horrible. I barely get 20 fps on lowest settings even with editing tribes.ini to turn more stuff off and on a lower-than-native resolution, which is somewhat understandable as I'm playing on a rig that's below the minimum configuration.

Also, you better open up your wallet if you want to get some alternative weapons as some of them cost an enormous amount of xp to buy(yes, I'm looking at you, tech thumper).

Probably not. Too much of a competitive advantage in an ultra-competitive game like Tribes.

Gameplay is superior to vengeance.
World building is similar to it though, apart from the T2 homage levels.
Lester; not sure why you've having FPS problems, my system has never gone below refresh rate on it..
