I can't find the companys or the game I have problem with...
Edit: Well, I found it, but the problem is well known and no one has a clue why the campaign crashes or freezes.

I picked up an extra copy of Half-Life 2: Episode 2 from this event, and would be happy to trade it for any game except Lead and Gold. Tried that on a free weekend and it was terrible.

They got back to me in less'n 24 hours when I was having issues last spring... I'd guess they're a bit swamped from the 'post-winter-sale-rush'.

as in your house address?  cuz i'm pretty sure they don't have mine.  i know i didn't give it to them.  well, i did in the form of my billing address for the credit card, but i told them not to store it.  so theoretically they don't know where i live.  but we all know how much companies love to data mine consumers.
