I started playing this campaign, it all went well until mission 11.

I completed all objectives and when I go to extract, the mission concludes and after the image fades away, I get an error

STOP : Attempted to free invalid memory, or memory corrupted before block at address  0x2a31f68

Any idea what this is and more importantly how to get rid of it ?

Unfortunately Magic is away at the moment so I cant give a specific answer. What I can say is that Magic has changed how the map detail is stored in MCO and as such we have migrated the Carver V campaigns over to the new standard. Once we release a new version of MCO hopefully the problem you are experiencing will be solved.

Sorry to say it but patience is required here as not only will there be a new map storage system, but some other very significant changes to MCO that are both changes to the nitty gritty of MCO code, as well as direct changes to the game play of MCO.

I'm having this same problem at the end of the destroy banded HQ mission it has occurred off and on in other missions but normaly a reload fixes it.  This time its happening over and over, so unless the quick save is bad two there seems to be no way around.  One time i did get to the pilot debriefing screen but it crashed when I pressed done.
