You don't want to be going on a World tour then. Unless you're meaning in small doses over the years.

Ah. Usually, when someone says World tour, you imagine them jetting all over the place all at once.

I'm not sure if London is the best place to go if you want to cheer up. But it depends what cheers you up I suppose, you must have had your reasons for choosing it, and it has plenty to offer to tourists. A dense city would not be where I'd want to be though if I was needing to get away from the obligations of life.
