Nope, it's the HLP station by Stratcom (i think) back in 2007(ish, I think).

I remember this.

This was from back when General Discussion was for goofing off instead of getting into internet arguments.

This was a community project based on that gigantic blue ball machine gif. The idea was that everybody would make a small image illustrating part of the installation. Periodically, someone would stitch them all together into a large picture. The picture ended up growing quite large and complex.
