Nope, not gonna happen. Sometimes, mod creators just lose interest, or no longer have the time to continue working on the mod. When that happens, you need to accept it and move on.

I have attached a campaign file that will fix the problem of the missing mission.  The campaign will now finish without any errors.  Unfortunately, unless the original mission designer responds, there will be no missions after mission 6.
