Sound Problems 3.7.2 RC3

I really have some Soundproblems with the Recent SCP build. I'm actually playing threw Shadow Genesis, but I have stuttering since I'm using 3.7.2 RC1, with RC2 it was getting worse at with RC3 it is sometimes now Really annoying. At First it was only the music, now it's also the chattering of the Pilots in-mission. I will Provide a FS Log tomorrow. Haven't installed the Open AL soft either...
ESX is enabled, Sourround in the Soundcard Driver also.

Windows 7 PRofessional 64
I5-4760
8GB DDR1600 Ram
GTX 770
Soundblaster Z
Crabby the crappy crab crap.
