Re: Problems with blueplanet
Your GPU was probably choking on the deferred lighting code used in BP builds...I guess?

Re: Problems with blueplanet
What resolution are you running at? Also post a debug log, though I'm already pretty sure what the fix will be.

Re: Problems with blueplanet
My resolution is 1280x1024 32 bits, my log is very long   what part the log is necessary?  and   when I made the log  there are  two errors.

Re: Problems with blueplanet
Can you try cranking the resolution up a couple steps and seeing if the problem goes away?

I only need the first part of the log, the command line and the bit where it shows all the folders it's loading.

Re: Problems with blueplanet
I have  changed resolution  to 1024x768  it´s OK,  but  if I change resolution to  1280x960 or 1280x1024  the problem becomes.
Why  I don´t have this problem  in the blue planet age of Aquarius?

And other question.  Are there no sound in the dialogue as in  age of Aquarius?
OK  I  have seen  the topic  War in Heaven Voice

Thanks for help me  :)

This is caused by an error in Blue Planet 2's HUD table. Here's the fixed table that I made a while ago: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/89353583/FreeSpace/Blue%20Planet/bp2_fixed_hud.zip. Extract it to blueplanet2\data\tables (create the folders if they don't exist).

(This table should really be posted in the War in Heaven release thread.)

Thanks   now I can change  the resolution to 1280x1024 but  the texts  of the messages   continue  in middle of  the screen

Re: Problems with blueplanet
The problem is  the archive  mv_root-hdg.tbm   (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/89353583/FreeSpace/Blue%20Planet/bp2_fixed_hud.zip. )
There is a error  in line 535:
Code: [Select]
+Messages:
;Position: (5, 5)
Position: (210, 530)
Font: 0
Max Lines: 5
Max Width: 650
+Fixed Messages:

I have corrected:

Code: [Select]
+Messages:
Position: (5, 5)

Font: 0
Max Lines: 5
Max Width: 650
+Fixed Messages:

And now is: Ver Imagen: http://s2.subirimagenes.com/privadas/previo/thump_2177854error9.jpg

The taking Head(line 560):
Code: [Select]
+Talking Head:
Position: (100, 390)
If  i put :
Code: [Select]
+Talking Head:
Position: (5, 5)

The Taking Head  hide the messages
I have displaced messages but go off screen:
line 535:
Code: [Select]
Messages:
Position: (180, 5)
line 560:
Code: [Select]
+Talking Head:
Position: (5, 5)

I don´t know to program  tables.  Do you know to correct  the table?

Thanks.

Re: Problems with blueplanet
The table that I provided is correct. The problem is actually caused by a bug that appears to be fixed in recent nightly builds. I suggest trying the latest one.

They were moved to be closer to the center of the screen so that it's easier to read pilot chatter until we get a release with voice acting. The HUD is working as intended in that screenshot.
