What is amazing in that trailer is the following quote:

This is indeed a game changer. No more week time renderings for animation.
I also noticed this change in architectural renderings, wherein cryengine is increasingly being used to render buildings practically in real time.

I followed this project for a long time now and it's realy impressing what this guy is doing by himself. I really hope GW doesn't decide to crash the project...

Apparently they've given their approval, but they gave their approval to Damnatus too, so we all know how that works.
