Balancing the EU and US in an RTS game
If there was a C&C RTS game made in the future where the US and EU square off against each other in the future, how would you balance the two factions?

Who would have the better air force/navy/army/etc....?  Would it be balanced like RA2?

Pretty much this.  You can have Blue on Blue and Red on Red already in probably one of the best RTS packages ever.

Is it not an option to just have 'Muricuh by itself?
