i messed around with venoms model (squashed, enlongated etc and applyeid the same type of smooth texturing effect...still bob's model is better...it look more freespace 2 ish and the fins are more slick.  Venom didnt spend of much time of his, and i think it shows.. but for 1 hours work its brill

I do kinda like Venom's better too, but I think if Bobbaou slimmed down the side pods and made them less bulky then his would match the concept and look a lot smoother than Venom's.

oooooooook... I don't think it looks at all like a terran fighter, and I was kindda fed up with shivan fighters so... I tried to make a vasudan one. Harg, why??? I never made a vasudan ship before, and they're a pain to map, in fact...

Fozzys ship kinda reminds my of the thirdspace aliens from babylon 5 -  anyone who knows agree?

its just that unorthadox shape that does it.  a big black eye on the nose bit...just be there smallest type of fighter...a nice bg glowing ball held in the spike at the back ...you get the idea
