E3 things I done gone and saw.
I saw this trailer (and many others)  lately, I'm very much hyped even though I have the original,  I'm hoping for extra exposition and coolness.

Post your favourite E3 trailers below.

Re: E3 things I done gone and saw.
I am only now catching up on my E3 viewing and reading (despite the constant pokes and messages from people who had the spare time) but I am most excited about after E3 is this one:

I am a bit sceptical about some of the claims from the developers (esspecially are "there are some animations and gameplay we only use once") and because coop games never really work for me anymore (e.g. setting up the scheudle to play with someone to competion) but a game that commits to the idea of asymetical coop (i.e. the experience of the players is not same with e.g. visuals only one player can see) would be really nice (the last game I played that had asymetric coop was Dead Space 3 and it was very limited in that regard).

Runner up has to be for me:

While I kinda think they went overboard with the sequel-baiting in the original game, esspecially in the post-credits scene, I really want more of the world and Aloy as a character.
"When you work with water, you have to know and respect it. When you labour to subdue it, you have to understand that one day it may rise up and turn all your labours into nothing. For what is water, which seeks to make all things level, which has no taste or colour of its own, but a liquid form of Nothing?" - Graham Swift, Waterland

"As you sought to steal a kingdom for yourself, so must you do again, a thousand times over. For a theft, a true theft, must be practiced to be earned." - The terms of Nysa's curse, Pathfinder: Kingmaker

"...because they are not Dragons."

Honestly Nintendo wins it for me on the hypemeter.  "Hey, remember how the Wii U had just about nothing new from our big tentpole franchises, despite having some solid games?  Well have all the tentpoles at once!"

(I mean seriously, TWO new Metroids.  Yus.)

Aw man, you beat me to the punch! I was just about to post the Shadow of the Colossus thing.

SO HYPED!

Huge fan of the original, can't wait to see this remade! According to the developers, it's a 100% faithful remake. No story changes, everything will be the same. It's just a complete asset re-do. And there will be a modern control option since the original controls feel pretty weird nowadays.

They're making another HD remake of Shadow of the Colossus? I feel like the last one just came out, even though I know it's been years.

<MageKing17> "There's probably a reason the code is the way it is" is a very dangerous line of thought. :P
<MageKing17> Because the "reason" often turns out to be "nobody noticed it was wrong".
(the very next day)
<MageKing17> this ****ing code did it to me again

<MageKing17> God damn, I do not understand how this is breaking.
<MageKing17> Everything points to "this should work fine", and yet it's clearly not working.
<MjnMixael> 2 hours later... "God damn, how did this ever work at all?!"
(...)
<MageKing17> so
<MageKing17> more than two hours
<MageKing17> but once again we have reached the inevitable conclusion
<MageKing17> How did this code ever work in the first place!?

<@The_E> Welcome to OpenGL, where standards compliance is optional, and error reporting inconsistent

<MageKing17> It was all working perfectly until I actually tried it on an actual mission.
