modding the mission files
I have been looking at the .fit mission files and I wonder whether there is a way to comment lines out. That would make testing easier. Can anybody help?

For example:
//------------------------------------------------------------------
//
//     Main Code
//
//------------------------------------------------------------------
      code

            //------------------------------------------------
            // Debug Window Game Clock Second Counter
            // Note:  This is used by some included functions.
            //------------------------------------------------
            gametime = gettime;

Most of those are commented out
