Bug Triage Github Project

Alright, Ive created a bug triage project on the github as a way of issuing priority to the bugs.  There's still a fair bit of manual shuffling needed for now, but it may help with prioritizing bugs.

It also looks like there's an addon to further automate the projects feature:
project-bot

With this in place, basically the only manual input needed for the triage would be to organize the order of the cards as they are pushed into the stack, everything else can be handled through the use of labels.
