Personally, I'd love to. But it also amounts to buyer interest, as well as permissions by those development teams.
It's the former, that buyer interest, that proves the tricky part, since I still have a ton of pins and patches stored away awaiting new homes. As long as there is genuine interest (not Poll And Forget), I'm onboard with getting new stuff made. Prices are well below what'd be profitable for me (Example: Hard Enamel pins generally go for $12-$15, and I'm selling them for $5), but it's more a hobby in support of the community anyway.
With the new job I just got approved for yesterday (BAE Systems! Woo!), I'm not worried about recovering what I put into these patches and pins.
You'd be amazed how many of the patches and pins were because someone messaged me on Etsy with an inquiry.
