They've been released in various threads in the FSU forum:

Lilith
Just unzip them into your mediavps folder, they already have the correct folder hierarchy.

Don't download the existing ones - they're all receiving subtle improvements right now. Wait for the 3.6.12 MediaVPs in a few weeks.

It looks like it's the exact same one - namely, a re-coloured version of the Vishnan nebula from AoA from the looks of it. Correct me if I'm wrong (but I doubt it, for obvious reasons I'm quite familiar with almost every part of those textures).

Good colour scheme choises, I especially like the blue one.

Yeah the second one is (I'm told) a recoloured version of the Vishnan box with some of LightSpeed's nebulas added on top.

You're right, these are edited versions of your Vishnan nebula. Didn't want to ask for you to make new ones, so I just edited the Vishnan one. Editing is not just recoloring though.

These two are not the same though- the red-ish one is darker. The second one also uses a combination of lightspeed's nebula though, so the systems look different/seperate from each other

Well, in my lingo, re-colouring includes all stuff you do on an otherwise ready texture; this includes levels (brightness/contrast/gamma) and hue/saturation/brightness as well as colour balance editing.

Other edits would be something like pasting a planet on top of the skybox texture. Is that planet a background bitmap or part of the skybox?

Also, I'm perfectly fine with people using my stuff, even as sources for edited versions, though I would like to be mentioned in the sources list then.
