After the incident where I had to translate some french to english, I thought that 'Hey, we should have a page where people can sign up and are willing to translate'

I just need your opinions first, since I do not really know all the relevancy towards modding or does it even deem appropriate.

Should be ok, but what I mean is a list of people who are already willing to volunteer. A foreign modder can then go ask that person who has volunteered.
