Then the coding for Inferno would have to be changed further to support craptons (And I mean a crapton) of weapons, have Pharos boueys (Sp?) drop from killed ships that you pick up (Like JAD) and you could have Borderderlands in space.

That was the intent of what I meant by having them drop from ships.

Setting their arrival cue to when the ship dies and for it to be near the ship with an invisible subspace warp should work.

Yep, or use coordinate transformation. Easy enough.

You could actually drop a Pharos by yourself. Just SEXP that pressing T should make the Pharos warp in near your ship.

T wouldn't work as it's already mapped as a default key. Something  else might. Open up the second level of derelict and have a peek.

The Derelict nav buoys used the number keys, I think, since they're generally free.
