Damn.  Powered rails are expensive, but you only need one per 30 regular rails on average.  I've got about 100 powered rails and a couple thousand regular rails in stock, for instance.

Also, if I am reading your BIOS pic right you don't have dual channel, which is a shame since it would seriously increace your IO (as in x2). A 2nd 2gb stick for dual channel might have been a better alternative then a 4gb in single.

No and dual channel wont work properly either, as the sticks are different, one is a 2 gig, the other is a 4 gig.

Hence why I said a 2nd 2gb instead of a 4gb might have been a better option...

So no one besides sara is going to give me ideas for the giant raised platform huh?

nobody asked you? besides, it was a donation from flipside and his brother. And with minecraft, no, it wouldnt matter that much. if some heavy number crunching overall was involved i'd agree.

To be honest, I could have put it in thicker padding than a couple of bits of kitchen paper wrapped around the box, but unless someone was planning to sit on it in the post office, which whilst not impossible is not likely, the little plastic case it came in was pretty much suited for the job

Edit: Also, we had two padded envelopes, one was about 5mm too short to close with the box in it, and the other was A3 size, which would have just looked ridiculous
