MacOSX 3.6.9 build with Widescreen/fov misalignment fix

Mac's usually have a 16:10 widescreen panel, so here is the FS2_Open 3.6.9 universal app with the
widescreen/fov misalignment fix -> see http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,52185.0.html
