For today's update we would like to showcase our final version of the Confederation assault shuttle. This beautiful ship has been modelled and textured by our new team member, Scooby Doo, who joined us a few weeks ago and has been working at full speed ever since. You can expect to see more of his great work in future updates (and of course in-game, once Saga is released).

Regarding the model, WC Saga aims to provide a wide variety of mission types, and among the sorties that the player will fly will be escort and close support missions for Confederation Marines operating out of this sturdy combat transport spacecraft.

hmm, i think it looks good, but i feel it needs a little more detail.

The struts along the cockpit windows look like they could be elevated a little, maybe a few indents here and there. that's as much as i could see from one look, but since i haven't seen it in-game i can't exactly say for sure what detail it needs, but that's just the way it looks from my POV.

Well, of course we could But we would rather like to keep a few details only to the texture to save every single RAM-Byte for the intensive fleet battles

And that's not only limited to this model btw, there are a few other models in the WC-Universe. Luckily I was able so far to
keep them out of the mod
