If it doesn't require too much spoilers:

How are the EA fleets organized?  Is it like BP's UEF where one fleet is attached to a planet?  I.e., does EA 1st Fleet defend Earth...EA 2nd Fleet Luna (perhaps)?

During peacetime, the EA fleets are split between the Main Fleet, which is a rapid-reaction force centered around Sol, and the Home Fleet, which is tasked with keeping peace in the often-rebellious outer planets.

When the EA invaded the GTVA, the Main Fleet (CO Admiral Raul Falon, with the Nemesis as flagship) spearheaded the offensive into Delta Serpentis, and then into Beta Aquilae. When the GTVA refused to surrender after losing its capital in Delta Serpentis and nearly losing Beta Aquilae, and GTVA counterattacks threatened the EA's precarious position and long supply lines, the Main Fleet was forced to split in two to wage war in both systems. The Main Fleet itself was devoted to cleaning up GTVA resistance in Delta Serpentis and guarding against a hypothetical counterattack from Ross 128. The bulk of the Main Fleet was split off into the Advance Fleet (CO Adriannos Spiros), dedicated to prosecuting the attack in Beta Aquilae and bringing the GTVA to the peace table.

The EA High Command has kept several Home Fleet battlegroups in Sol out of the action, both as a strategic reserve and as a final defense of the Sol-DS node against unexpected GTVA breakthroughs at the Sol Gate or new Shivan incursions.

The EA is fighting a multi-theater war its fleet isn't prepared for. They were hoping to quickly crush the Terran GTVA's will to resist with a blitzkrieg against the Terrans' two most valuable systems, but the Terran GTVA's stubbornness and High Command's paranoia has split their mighty fleet among three systems.
"We have now reached the point where every goon with a grievance, every bitter bigot, merely has to place the prefix, 'I know this is not politically correct, but...' in front of the usual string of insults in order to be not just safe from criticism, but actually a card, a lad, even a hero. Conversely, to talk about poverty and inequality, to draw attention to the reality that discrimination and injustice are still facts of life, is to commit the sin of political correctness. Anti-PC has become the latest cover for creeps. It is a godsend for every curmudgeon and crank, from fascists to the merely smug."

According to the FS wiki, the GTCa Warlock in Inferno R1 was commanded by Admiral William Ramsey.  Since the Warlock is coming back for Nostos, might we see an admiral feud between him and Falon/Spiros (kind of like how Calder and Steele had a real beef with each other in BP)?

It might be cool to have a rivalry between Ramsey and Falon.

Thanks, but we weren't planning to include that. While the new INF will be narratively deeper than the paper-thin INFR1, we won't have half as many plot threads going as BP. And we want to do our own thing, not parallel BP too closely.
