Mac Mouse Sensitivity

I know this is a problem inherent to FS_Open; the mouse sensitivity on Macs, even at highest settings is no good for dogfighting, and ships are essentially untrackable. Would a fix require the FS_Open people, or could the WC Saga team address this themselves?

Mouse acceleration and sensitivity in macs is a pain, Apple has overlooked this issue for a long time, even Windows has it better done. I have acceleration set to max and my Logitech mouse is still crawling.
