It's been about six months since I posted the original voice acting audition thread, so I figured it's high time to post another one. There are still over twenty minor characters remaining plus a couple of major roles, so there's lots of opportunity if people are interested. Here's what I've been posting on a few voice acting forums. Please scroll down for audition info.
Silent Threat: Reborn is an 18-mission campaign for the videogame FreeSpace 2 that has been under development for several years and is now virtually complete, except for voice acting. Our team has produced several previous expansion packs, both voice-acted and non-voice-acted, but we consider this our signature campaign. As such, we want to give it the highest quality and polish possible, and that includes "professional" voice acting.
The story concerns two races, the Terrans (humans) and Vasudans (aliens), who have allied together to fight a war against the xenocidal Shivans (even more alien aliens). That war has been won, at great cost, but a shadowy Terran government organization is conspiring behind the scenes. While the Terrans are recovering from the war, this organization is maneuvering to overthrow the galactic government. You are a Terran pilot who must uncover the conspiracy and stop it.

CASTMinor CharactersThere are a large number of characters with only one or two lines each. Instead of holding a general audition for twenty instances of "random minor character", I've split off all the minor lines and listed them on their own separate page. You can audition for as many characters as you want, and if your audition is selected, then the line you send (or the original, in WAV format) will be the line that's used in the game (unless you want to do any post-production or cleanup filtering on it).
Here is the list of minor characters and their roles. As of now, there are 23 uncast minor characters.
