I just came up with a neat idea for Wings: unlockables! Destroying hidden targets in certain missions will unlock a special bonus fighter based on a real-world design. None of these fighters are canon in the Wings storyline--they are just bonus material:

This model has much better proportions than the previous one (MiG 1.44) considering how small the Sigurd is, but the JAS 39 Gripen is in serial production and active service...

The Gripen entered service 153 years before Wings' present day, and it also doesn't match Wings' naming convention for European fighters. It would be as anachronistic as calling an F/A-18 Hornet an "F3T" using the WWII-era US Navy naming convention.

IIRC what the atmospheric fighters will be going towards is having all control surfaces on the wing - no more tails, no more ailerons.  Basically shaped like a delta-wing.  With more advanced computerized controls and the ability to warp the entire wing surface, plus thrust vectoring, this should be possible.  xD Just a thought.  But yeah, I guess they do sorta look better with tails...

I see you've got the FB-22 on there.

Any chance of getting something like the fighter-bomber version of the '23? Given the characteristics of this aircraft, it would be MUCH better than the attack version of the F-22... I can go on all day on why the F-22 is inferior to the F-23.

I already got the YF-23 converted. Woolie Wool showed a screenshot of it a while ago, IIRC.

And yeah, well, I like the YF-23 as well, but the USAF is planning on making something like an FB-22 Strike Raptor, if I'm not mistakin, and there are no plans to revive the F-23 anymore.

I assume you modded the engines and tail, though... The aircraft looks a great deal like the AN-124 Ruslan (and I'm certain it is... unless it was actually a C-5...)
