No. It would have been released if BP had used it from when End War gave it to them

It's way better than the BP one, but the model itself doesn't look like a drop-in replacement for the old Earth skybox (which was from TBP I think), and that was what was needed.

If someone on BP has it presumably it can be released to the public. Also Herra did a new one which is pretty good.
