I get about on average 10 messages per day.  I suspect however it could possibly be Shima trying to get into my bank.  Never did take the settlement well...

I once received a spam from Nigerian Royalty on the topic of finding out why local natives have large penises, and was trying to sell me a sample of a concentrated protein so that I could analyze it, and he would send $70,000 US to start the project, as Nigeria doesn't have adequate laboratories for this purpose.

So basically, it was the basic Nigerian money scam in the disguise of a basic "How to make your penis larger" scam.  No joke.

My guess would be that there's no real person behind the individual spammi, the spammer just sets up a series of bots that use a bunch of temporary email adresses to spam, before the adresses are shut down.

Mine usually goes into the Junk folder, where I either mark as unsafe or report as phishing scams. It seems to work, because I don't get that much spam anymore.

My "Eetit" junkmail account has about 60 spam messages in it from using the address on some sites [about 3! (no, not factorial)] to get access to things. Half of them are in some weird language, the others I never read. I probably should check some of them for laughs. My proper gmail account has no spam as of yet, because I only use it for "trusted" sites like HLP and All About Circuits (and the new Moposite; yes, so what that it's getting old, but so is Freespace 2). ;)
