Take a look at my latest render, again (sorry 'bout the p1mp Ash). It's decently lit and tweaked a bit in PS. Perhaps your Gamma settings are too high.

Oh and bout' the engine thing, i didn't mean crank up the contrast, but like could you make them glowy maybe?

the impulse glows are strange the color dosent allow to glow nicely :( the luminosity is at 30 and glow intens is 100 same as warp nacells

Actually that looks like a brightness adjustment that WM did, not a contrast.  A well executed adjustment of brightness and contrast together could have lightened and sharpened things things up wonderfully without the greywash effect.
