It is about as much as satire as TROOPS was.  And I must say, it was brillianty executed.  Before I saw the video, I thought it wouldn't have been better than TROOPS, but it turns out, yes TROOPS was still better .  Not by much, though.

It took some time, but I found it.  It was made in '96 and wasn't finished until '97.  It is fairly consistent with Tatooine non-urbanized culture (which as a matter of fact, seems like Minnesota or North Dakota).  It was re-released when *gasp* QT3 came out.
