 I thought about doing this one first, but nah, its to funny, i better tell ya all... instead of the usual explosion and impact ani's used in freespace! what if it had a comic box that said "POW" or "BAM" or "THAT HURT REALLY BAD"  an animated window box would be hilarious

There is a mutator for UT that does just that - it's called BatThwap. Funny mod. I couldn't find the exact address, but it's somewhere at Planet Unreal.

just use simple colors on the ships with badly drawn black linbes along some edges! We could film the monitor and sell it as a space cartoon (with no special effects)
