decided i'd get some practice in for when i actually have to sketch /ink/paint technicals.. couldn't go past the "Old Faithful" of freespace..

The hard part is the perspective - it's easier to draw humans than spaceships sometimes because the exact lines of the spaceship can always be critisised. A good effort though certainly!

Just one nitpick. The two guns below the cockpit look like they'd fire directly into the nose if you tried to shoot.

Looks great though man. I was trying to draw some things today, came out looking awful.

Good stuff! Pencil drawing is a tough art, I've done a few doodles in my time for ideas, but I tend to keep the projection orthographic for modelling purposes :-

This is a s(crap)ped design, but shows what I mean...

I would agree that the guns are a little twisted compared to the chassis, but imagining the results had I tried that, it's still damn good work
