If you want to go for Abit and Intel, I'd suggest either that or an IC7. Only real difference is the chipset, and that difference is only there because Intel decided to strike back against the enabling of PAT on i865-based boards.

Just remember to get a Northwood if you do decide to go Intel, especially as it has been reported recently that the latest BIOS revisions for motherboards with Prescott have had the ability to overclock using the FSB disabled.
