Fs2 campaign story...well a piece of it..!
Oji here is the general plot for the first mini campaign:the name well..

                                 The Dark Ages.

With most of the GTVA forces strugling to restore peace and order in the aliance focusing on somethin else has become very dificult.Although the GTVA is desperate to build new warships to replace the destroyed GTVA fleets corners have been cut.
Corvettes are now being deployed with a minum of crew, destroyers have been deployed with only a skeletal crew enough to make the ship run and with only a hadfull of fighter/bommber complement.
As the pilot training is being revised most pilots fly off to their ships with only the basics.
The Aquitane is more fortunate in this respect as its fighter bommber complements have been suplimeemnted with pilots from the SOC service and the GTVI and has become the maind deterant in the various hot zone in the GTVA.
But the Aquitane can do so much and as the NTF rebels that have gone into hiding have resurfaced and have taken over an Arcadia instalation in the Ross 128 sistem aas well as a shipyard there and stole a Heacte class destroyer in dry dock as well as a corvette that was there for maintenence.
The Aquitane was imediatly dispaced to recover the captured instalations and ships.
On board the Aquitane:

Lt.Cmdr.Brown:"How the hell did they managed to "lose" a destroyer,I mean come on this must of been planed for quite a while now what were the security teams doing sleeping or what.."
Lt.Ly:"Well  who knows maibe they were in on it."

Just then:"Atention all medical personel report to the fighter bays incoming medical transport from Ross 128 casualties are heavy."

Lt.Cmdr.:Brown:"**** thats the medical convoy the Blue Lyons were suposed to protect...we better get over  there"
Lt.Ly:"Hey isnt that AlphaOne's squadron.....man something must of gone wrong"
Brown:"I dont know what happened those guis are the  bets in the business"
Ly:"Yeah that AlphaOne guis is one strange dude but he has the most tours of duty with the Soc and GTVI."

As they were headed for the elevators leading to the fighter bays a pilot  past them head down, not saluting no nothing he apeared to be injured he was limping along, in a dark flight suit he had the Blue Lyons seal on his shoulder, he was a captain by the ranks on his chest.

Brown:"Are you oki sir you apear to be injured..."

The Pilot:"No i'm fine im headed to the medical bays now but the guys down in the fighter bays are in need of help"

Brown:"Yes sir if you say so"

In the elevator:

Brown:"He was a SoC pilot but he had the Blue Lyons seal on his shoulder.
Ly:"Yeah....hey waith I know him hes that Alpha One guy....the Blue Lyons is his squadron....man..."
Brown:"Hes a strange one....what's his name...?"
Ly:"How should I know, most of the crew on this ship dont know his name..hes just Alpha One"
Brown:"Hey I heard he had an arguement with Adm. Kotu, he almost punched him but he was stoped by a Cmdr. Snipes"
Ly:"Yeah I heard that to but there were no actions taken against him, Adm.Petrarch  and Adm. Rotha intervened on his behalf and I can tell you a GTVI admiral's word is pretty heavy"

In the fighterbays there was chaos as injured people were taken care of right there, dead bodies were put to one side as the medical teams strugled to take care of the living and in the imediate vecinity were the remaining ships of the Blue Lyons.
Out of the 48 fighters and interceptors dispaced only 20 returned and those just barely most of them were damaged beyond the point of repair.
Brown:"Man o man it must of been a savage fight out there"

A doctor:"Hey you get over here and give me a hand this gui has to be operated here he wont make it to the medical bays."
Brown:"Yes sir"
Doctor:"Hold him down  he has a severed artery and a riped off leg....i ned to arrrgh ****..."
The blod from the severed artery srayed  out and into the doctors eys.
Doctor:"Had  me that nano seringe im going to try and stiop the beeding before he goes into shock"

Later that day in the bryefing room the remenants of the Blue Lyons  pilots:
Adm.Petrarch:"What happened"
Beta One:" we were ambushed sir a detroyer a hecate class destroyer jumped  near us anbd started shooting the transports.
We.....we....we tried to protect the convoy but then a Deimos corvette jumped in and startred kiling us one by one by one..."
Adm.Petrov:"****......those murderers....that is the only transport that made it through......pilots as you know and the GTVA high comand is tring to blame it all on your squadrons ineficiency...but weve got all of the GTVI and SOC backing you up so dont worry about it"
Just then from a dark corner of the briefing room a figure steped out .It was Cmdr.Snipes.
Snipes:"Pilots I am Comander Snipes SOC operative i'm here to congratulate you on this mision the fact that you managed to get a transport through there is no matter easy job.
Your squadron will recieve replacements from the SOC service my self inclueded.
I'm here to give an update on the development of this situtation:
minutes after you left the sistem a SOC wing flyng the Pegasus stealth fighters tracked down the Hecate destroyer and the corvette to this place in the sistem. They apear to have met for redeployment and to plan theyr next move, also they apear to have sustained have damage to theyr engines and fighterbays...good work pilots.
That gives us the edge we need. Our primary objective is to take out the corvette thus reducing the ofensive capabilaties of the rebels.
We also plan on taking down the Hecate destroyer for this we are going to need the Aquitanes big guns. This will be a 2 phase operation:
1)We will hawe to  make sure that the destroyer cant lunch its fighter bommber complement this will be taken care of a special force from the SOC service flyng medium bommbers we just have to take care of the destroyers fighter protection wings and if we can take out some of the AAAF beams. This will be a in and out operation.
2)We eill regroup on the Aquitane and depending on the succes of the mision we eill depoy acordingly with Aquitane right behind us.We will be tasked with tring to kae out the main guns of the destroyer as well as its targeting and sersor subsitems.
3)Pending a succesfull mision we come home adn get drunk.

More detailed information will be given to you as we launch. We leave at 0700 hours get a good night sleep youre going to need it"

Well thats about it I think 4 maibe 5 misions can be made out of this plot.
I hope you like it.
Die shivan die!!
Then jumps into his apple stealth pie and goes of to war. What a brave lad....what a brave lad say the ladies in red.

Fs2 campaign story...well a piece of it..!
Hmm... Guys, if you want to work on a low skills and low frills campaign just PM me...
The community has literally dozens of good models around that can be used without creating new ones (IE, the old inferno ships, if the team doesn't mind of course, are great models, along with works from Aldo, Stratcomm and our other great modelers), and some of them disappeared from public interest after a while (not because they were bad, but simply interest was drawn on new models)...
I can safely assume a campaign can be put with 20-30 mods without need of making a single MOD...
All you really need is a decent story, a good FREDer (more than one are much better) and some fantasy with table files.
I found that creating new effects (albeit not comparable to lightspeed work to mention an artist) is not so difficult, you just need to play a bit with paintshop and you can get some good stuff (believe me, i suck at graphics) done.
There is many people with much more experience than me, and i think they should agree on what i said... A couple clever ideas are much better than a bunch of mods slapped to make something look cool. My two cents.
The Best is Yet to Come

Fs2 campaign story...well a piece of it..!
Because I'm nice, and can't stand such horrible writing (no offense, but it's true).
------------

Here is the general plot for the first mini campaign:the name well..

                                 The Dark Ages.

With most of the GTVA forces strugling to restore peace and order in the aliance, focusing on other items of lesser importance  has become very difficult. Although the GTVA is desperate to rebuild its fleet, corners have been cut in terms of quality.
Corvettes and destroyers are now being deployed with the minimum possible crew compliments, and all ships have  severley reduced fighter compliments.
As the pilot training is being revised to better suit the new situation, more and more pilots are getting into their cockpits knowing only the basics.
The Aquitane is more fortunate in this respect as its fighter bommber complements have been supplimented with pilots from the SOC abd GTVI and has become the maind deterent in the various hot zones in GTVA space.
But the Aquitane can only do so much. As NTF forces have resurfaced and begun attacking GTVA installations, the situation is getting worse. The NTF succeeded in attacking and commandeering both a station and construction facility in the Ross 128 system. They also managed to "aquire" a Hecate class destroyer and a corvette, both docked to the construction facility for maintenance.
The Aquitane was imeddiatly dispatched to recover the system's resources and pacify the area.
On board the Aquitane:

Lt.Cmdr.Brown:"How the hell did they "lose" a destroyer? For Gods sake, this thing must've been in the planning stages for months! Was intelligence asleep the whole time?

Lt.Ly: "Who knows, sir. It's possible that they may have already been on it."

Louadspeaker: "Attention all medical personal. Please report to the fighterbay to recieve incoming casualties from the Ross 128 system."

Lt.Cmdr.:Brown: "There's the medical convoy. Who was in charge of gaurding it?"

Lt.Ly: "The Blue Lions, I believe, sir. Led by Alpha one."

Brown: "Ahh...them. The best of the best. What do you say we go and meet them?"

Lt. Ly: "I would be glad to, sir. That Alpha one character may be strange, but he's the most experienced man on-board. Wonder he hasn't gotten promoted to captain yet."

Brown gave him a look, and they headed towards the elevator leading to the fighter bay. A wounded pilot passed them without saluting. His gate was slow and awkward, with a noticable limp in his leg. He was clothed in a dark flight suit, with a large Blue Lion emblam on his chest, and a captain's stripes on his arm.

Brown: "Soldier, are you alright?"

The Pilot: "Yes sir, I'm fine sir. Sorry for not saluting, my arm has been killing me."

Brown: "Don't worry about it."

Pilot: "You better get down to the fighterbay, sir, they have a real situation down there."

Brown: "We're heading down there now. Get some rest."

Pilot: "Yes sir, I'll try to sir."

The pilot limped off, and Brown and Ly stepped into the elevator.

Brown: "Strange...that was an SOC pilot, but he had a Blue Lions emblam on his chest"

Ly: "Yes...I think I've seen him before."

Brown turned his head to Ly and gave him a quizzical expression.

Brown: "Oh?"

Ly: "Yes, now I remember! That's Alpha one!"

Brown:"Hes a strange one....what's his name...?"

Ly: "I wouldn't know, everyone just calls him Alpha One."

Brown: "Interesting...I heard he had a fight with Admiral Kotu. Was about to punch him in the face until Snipes stepped in."

Ly: "I heard the same. Fortunately for him, Petrach and Rotha stood up for him, and you know how heavy one admiral's word is, let alone two."

Brown chuckled, and the elevator came to a sudden stop. As the doors slid open, the two took in the carnage in front of them.
Hundreds of dead and wounded bodies littered the floor. A miniature graveyard was off to the side, and it was slowly enroaching on the rest of the hangar. The cries of the wounded and the dying rang their ears. Fighters were coming in, some barely able to fly. Out of the forty that left, Brown counted only 20, and maybe half was still flyable.

Brown: "My God...what happened out there?"

A doctor jogged up to him. Blood coated his white uniform, and as he saluted, they saw a blodid hand.

Brown: "Doctor?"

Doctor: "Ordinarily I wouldn't ask about something like this to a captain, but all of our other nurses are busy. I need help with a patient, he's wounded badly and I don't think he can make it."

Brown:"Yes, of course doctor, what do you need me to do?"

The doctor led him over to a badly bloodied man. He was crying softly to himself. Brown saw he was missing a leg, and more and more of his blood was pooling on the plastic mat below him.

Doctor:"I need you to hold him down while I tie off this artery."

Brown: "Yes, of course."

Brown nealt down behind the man and held his arms as he started to convulse wildly. Blood from his artery sprayed all over the floor, soaking the doctor. He looked like a beast, his face dripping in blood.

Doctor: "Give me the clamp! Goddamnit--he's going into shock. You!"

He gestured wildly at Ly.

Doctor: "Hand me the clamp....no, that thing THERE!"

He pointed at a small object on the floor, and Ly picked it up and gingerly handed it to him. The doctor snatched it away, and clamped the artery shut. Wiping his brow, he sat up and thanked the captain for his help.

-----------------------------Later, in the Blue Lion's briefing room.

Brown: "What happened...?"

The group shuffled uneasily. What they had to say was definately not good news.

Johnson: "We were ambushed, sir. A Hecate-class detroyer..."

Brown: "And?"

Johnson: "We...we tried to protect the convoy, sir, but there was nothing we could do! A Deimos jumped in and started attacking us! Sir, we did everything we could---everything! Our men died protecting those transports, but there was not--"

Brown: "Easy Lt. No one's pointing fingers. Well, at least no one here. The GTVA's trying to find excuses, and you're the best choice. We have the SOC and the GTVI backing us up, though, so I don't think it'll be too much of a problem."

A figure who had been listening in the shadows for quite some time stepped out silently and took the stand in front of the room.

Snipes:"You probably all know who I am. For those of you who don't, I'm Commander Snipes, of the SOC. While you did lose most of the transports, I'm here to congradulate you on getting any through at all. You will all be rewarded for your efforts...and your sacrifices.
But business first. We have an update on the situationin Ross 128. Minutes after you left, an SOC wing running a seperate operation tracked the two ships to this location."

A large map of Ross 128 showed two blinking dots near one of the planets

Snipes:  "Apparantly, they are regrouping for repairs and strategy. Your work with the engines and weapons on those craft gave us the edge we need to attack them. Our primary objective is to take out the corvette thus reducing the ofensive capabilaties of the rebels.
Later in stage 2 of the operation, we will attack the Hecate with the Aquitane's big guns.
For this to take place, we need to make sure of one major point. This is that the Hecate cannot launch it's fighters or use it's beam weapons.
Once this is completed, we will regroup on the Aquitane and prepare to move against the rebels.
More detailed information will be given to you before you launch. Try to get some sleep good night. Dismissed.

-------
Well that's about it. I think about four or five missions can be made out of this plot.
I hope you like it.

UT'S NOTE: I think actually about 7 good missions can be made out of it. And for Gods sake, improve your writing!

Fs2 campaign story...well a piece of it..!
Actualy I'm from Romania.
And sorry about the writing I will work on it I promise. As for the plot I must admit UT that the way you rewiten it is better but keep in mind that I tried to give a general plot with few  elaborated detailes about what one guy did etc.
The whole dialog is suposed to give a hint about the carnage not much details.
And I promise that I will work on a better plot based on the large campaign story only this time the action takes place in the Empire stage. Yet another band of rebels more action more details.
Of course this will be in the first year of the Empire stage so no new ships.
Thanx.
